it is a good signing on their part. Low risk high reward. There have been multiple teams who have gambled and failed. If he fails again then they are just added to the list. If Pacman plays ball and stays out of trouble they added a playmaker on defense and ST.

When Pacman is conditioned and comfortable in a defense he is a top ten cornerback.
