We’re beginning to regret discontinuing the whole Live Blog thing.

Then again, if we were wading through comments that come in at a rate of more than two per second, we would have missed a class Monday night moment during the game between the Cowboys and the Eagles.

With the camera trained on veteran linebacker Zach
Thomas, who was standing on the sideline during the first drive of the night, Thomas proceeded to cover one nostril and launch a snot rocket out of the other one.

I remember last year, Roy picking his nose and wiping it on his pants, during the Thanksgiving game... those bright white pants. :laugh2:

Every player does that on the sidelines. Sometimes out on the field too. You play better when you can breathe. The camera caught it. Big deal.

At least Florio has a sense of humor. I'd rather read PFT than that sorry ragtag bunch of stooges churning out recycled snippets from press conferences that they call the DMN.

Personally, I thought it was nasty when I saw it. Guess that's that girliness in me coming out. This is one of those things I don't mind missing from the sideline coverage.

Everybody in chat yesterday laughed. I'd never heard the term snot rocket until then.

Oh and Kilyn, I actually like PFT. Florio has his moments.

Who cares? It's football, and it isn't played at a country club. Did this guy do an article on Willie Parker's indecent exposure (rip in the seat of his pants) on Sunday Night Football? Some would say that is pretty nasty too. Parker continued to play that way, and didn't even attempt to cover himself.
