Dez Bryant isn’t Dez Bryant without the outbursts, and the Cowboys know that going in. But they’re also comfortable with it, considering the way he can take over a game late as he did last night, in a 19-16 win over Washington, as they kept playoff hopes alive. He didn’t register a stat for more…http://youwillnotrackme2.net/b.gif?host=profootballtalk.nbcsports.com&blog=&post=2367233&subd=nbcprofootballtalk&ref=&feed=1

I felt Dez's frustration tho.. Cassel was only seeing half the field for some reason.

I said this in another thread, but I'm pretty sure he was drunk. Not only was he not seeing things, his motor skills were way off most of the night. He was getting balls in the vicinity of the open receivers, for the most part. Just close enough to give you a good idea how the play was intended to look if the QB weren't so obviously physically impaired.

That game would have been a blowout with a healthy Romo.

Bryant said between injuries and the 4-8 reality of the season, he “could’ve easily shut this thing down a long time ago,” admitting some people were telling him that’s what he should do.

Where did that crap come from?

lol i get what you're saying and I agree but I can't remember when we have won in a blowout.

Crazy. Romo's drive in MIA was the first time we'd had a two score *lead* since the ATL game. And we're right back in that boat now, with him out.

This season has really sucked.

Very misleading picture. The ball is in the air and the safety is reacting. It wasn't THAT wide open.

But yes, I throw it to Dez there, too.

This season has really sucked.

I drove to the local Wild Wings to watch the game, due to I don't have cable.

Got to the door and couldn't do it. I couldn't bring myself to sit thru another keystone cop episode.

I mean, this funk has permeated thru the coaching ranks. It's in the locker room. It's everywhere.

I completely agree with your earlier assessment, idj.

WORST season since the strike year........hell, it's worse. Who am I trying to kid.

Safety was in poor position and was reacting at the snap because Cole was uncovered. Dez had inside leverage on a CB with no one in the middle of the field. If Matt had even taken 2 seconds to scan the field, he'd have used Coles route to draw the safety to open up Dez. That was probably Linehans intention.

Instead, Matt immediately points his feet toward Cole, staring him down, and throwing it in the dirt. That was just brutal to watch.
