I think it was talent too. Guy had no feel for the position and never did. He was glacially slow off the snap and that is hard to overcome or get better at.
I said right after he was drafted he’ll be in the CFL soon after we ditch him. Looks like that day is almost here

When Zgonia was basically Mazi's personal coach 2 years ago and couldnt get anything out of him, the writing was on the wall. Continually having to tell him to play with 2 feet on the ground? Something you learn in JV football, come on.

Mazi wasn’t a bad pick. In hindsight yeah but him and Taco I had no issue. What makes me concerned is picks like Tristen Hill and Kelden Joseph. Even trading for Eric Scott. They make zero sense.
