NFL and the media catering to the NY fan base. Football is dead in NY right now so Tommy Cutlets has provided them with a way to keep a large fanbase engaged. It's all about money and TV ratings. This is a way to get a few million extra eyes tuning into a team that is irrelevant. That being said, I would love for him to win this award in weeks 16 and 18 against Philly.

Also, it shouldn't go unnoticed that Zach Wilson won it for the AFC this week too. Another NY team. Of course he threw for over 300 yards with no turnovers so I am onboard with him getting it.

Yeah Zack deserved it. But then again Lamar was better.

The kid's got some talent. I noticed that even in the Cowboys game. Probably won't ever be a quality starter but a maybe a quality backup.

Oh I didn’t see it in the Cowboy game at all. But I’ve seen flashes since then. It’s giving me Taylor Heineke vibes. Back up QB is far better than I expected that’s a good find for NY.

I would have probably had my list of NFC Offensive Players of the week listed in this order:

1) Justin Fields - beat a playoff team leading their division - did it with his arms and legs
2) Dak Prescott - beat a top 3 team in the conference and did it decisively
3) Brock Purdy - Put up huge numbers against a playoff contending team
4) Tommy Devito - Played a mistake free game against a playoff contending team and led the team for a comeback win
