I would love to see the Browns tank and have the #1 overall pick. I will admit that everyone seems to be piling on them. I can see the rational supporting that thought process. On the other hand, I really could see the Browns being appreciably better "talent wise" than they have been in years.
The Browns have acquired some talent. I really think Wimbley is a beast. Winslow, when healthy is a stud. Jamal Lewis is long in the tooth, but has proven he CAN play at a high level. Steinbach is a stud player. Thomas should make the team better.
I think the key for Cleveland is going to be the play of the QB. If they can get decent play from the QB position, I think they have 8 & 8 talent. If they get poor QB play, then I think we say hello to a top 10 pick.
