I'd say I disagree with about 75% of his picks. Very disappointed on some of the write-ups as well. I expected better from PFT.

Because nobody else has used two top-ten picks on their safeties before. Unfortunately with no pass rush they're both going to spend a lot of time getting burned on Sundays.

Landry.......... HAS NEVER PLAYED A DOWN! :)

You can't say "this is the best safety combo in the league" when one of the players in the combo has never been in the league, it's radicilous. When they said Archuleta and Taylor were the best combo in the league last year I could understand that, because they'd both played at a high level.

Saying Landry and Taylor are one of the best Safety combos int he league must mean that Landry is one of the best SS in the league....... and he's never played a down of NFL ball. It doesn't make any since.

How does anybody know who will boom, or bust as they PFT, suggest.

To me football is more mental, than physical yes there are athletes let's say QB, who may throw a football 80 yds (Ryan Leaf), but if they don't have the mental make up then that's what makes a player a bust to me.

That is just one factor and I'm sure there are many others that makes any NFL draftee a bust.

The only non-contact injury AD sustained at OU was his dive into the endzone on a 53 yrd TD run which broke his collar bone. He has been hampered by that still.

Other than that. I cant think of any other.

His high ankle sprain was certainly contact motivated one would think back in 05. You certainly don't just wake up and grab your ankle and scream "high ankle sprain".

Just keeping you all straight on Peterson since some do not care to even go research his so called "non-contact injuries". :D

Yes, but i do believe it was on a cut that he sprained it, not on a tackle.

He had a defender roll up his ankle when he got the high ankle sprain.

First rd picks to be boom must go all pro at some time in their career. To bust is to not start and not last. Ellis never has made the pro bowl so I say he is not a boom. BUT he has started and contributed well so he is NOT a bust.
