Dallas week

Flattered.

Commander fans name that week proceeding to the game the same name. I didn't think the Eagle fans do that, though. I seen this morning's ( or probably Monday's) edition of the Philadelphia Enquirer here in the DC area (don't ask me why) and it said It's Dallas week in the top left and laughed.

Oh and it is also funny to me that He uses Buddy Ryan in the hero role, that guy is one of the biggest jerks to ever coach in the league and he is the good guy? I despise ryan and that whole group of eagles from that era. Every last one of them.

I couldn't agree more. Holding up Buddy Ryan as a hero is really indicative of what a sewer hole that whole city and their attitude is. I kept waiting for him to list that "glorious" moment when Michael Irvin was lying motionless on the field while the maggot infested brains known as eagles fans cheered wildly as one of his fond memories.

The thing that really really pisses off the Eagles fans is that Dallas fans don't view them as their primary rival. I mean sure we hate them, but that is more because of the fans and less because of the team.

They can't come to grips that no matter how bad either team gets, the Commanders are rival #1 for Dallas. Heck, until the realignment, I would have said that the Cardinals were probably rival #2 just due to history.

So they hate Dallas and they really hate that the Dallas fans don't hate their team nearly as much.

Our company has discontinued the ban on streaming live radio over the Internet or at least they are not blocking its use anymore.

Today was my first day to listen to 610 WIP in Philly. The hosts just opened up the phone lines to discuss the Philly/Giants and Philly/Dallas Rivalry.

They felt that the Giants Rivalry has been around alot longer but they admitted that there was just a hatred of Dallas.
Aside from the winning, many stated that they hated the Cowboys because of all of the intense marketing by Dallas and the NFL in the 70's.

Interestingly enough, it is very unrequitted hate because most people in Dallas could care less about an Eagles/Cowboys Rivalry.
