I'm very surprised that Rush is playing so poorly. I know his supporting cast isn't as good as it was when he played before, but he looks bad. Lance's mobility could help, let's see if they give him a shot.

Why are you surprised ? He was a FA and NO team wanted him. He’s as unathletic as Dak, and his coach does nothing to put him in a good position for success.

Why they don’t try Trey Lance is why they are a loser organization.

Lance might make plays but he will probably be a turnover machine and the game will get out of reach. A coach like MM that’s about to be fired isn’t likely to take that risk. If we want to see Lance, I’m thinking Jerry is going to have to fire MM first.

Rush is someone who can win the pieces around him can carry him to victory. This is not that team. All Rush is doing right now is highlighting how awful the team at every single level. The OLine is poor, and only going to get worse with this likely being Martin's last year, the RBs are trash, the weapons, outside of Lamb, are trash. Basically right now they have a good LG and a great WR and everything else needs improvement.

They have a better chance with Lance using his legs on bootlegs and options then they would having Rush just drop back to pass.

7 drives, 104 total yards of offense. Punt-Fumble-FG-Punt-Fumble-FG. 5 of those were less than 10 yards of offense and the turnovers (and getting the ball in the redzone) are the only reason its not 5 3 and outs. The offense has been dreadful.

They're completing 3 yd passes. You can complete 3 of them every series and STILL punt. They gotta go downfield
