Just finished hot yoga with DeMarcus Ware. There is a reason why that man is a 6 time pro bowler and future HOF.

I was wondering that too. But I respect those who do Yoga. It is one hell of a conditioning.

Yoga in a heated room, it supposedly increases blood flow and leads to greater flexibility etc.

I wonder where they do it at, would be kind of cool to take a yoga class with the Cowboys..

I'm not sure I even want to know what hot yoga is...

Hot yoga or Bikram yoga is done in a room that is over 100 degrees. I know several people who practice it and really enjoy it. I have done a few different types of yoga and struggled through it every time. Performing yoga in a hot setting like that sounds extremely difficult to me.

Hot Yoga is exactly what it sounds like, regular yoga in a sauna like setting. I've heard it's ridiculously hard, but supposedly the intense heat and humidity allow you to stretch further and get deeper into the poses.

You'd be surprised how many football players practice yoga, most colleges nowadays implement it into their weekly routines.

Most of the people I know don't really like it, they say it's difficult to breathe and the extreme amount of sweat makes it harder to maintain poses, which is easy to believe. I don't really see much point in it myself. If you want to get deeper into a pose, just do it a bunch of times until you become more flexible..

Bikram yoga is done in a room set between 105-120 degrees. Some people call it hot yoga...I call it hell.

I do it once a week in a class at gym. Its very humid and u move faster from position to position. Yoga has helped me stay flexible to Jog and lift and play sports. Especially basketball and racqetball.

Well the thing is it makes it more of a cardio workout as well. From the obvious heat. I love it. Yoga is fantastic.

I used to think it was yoga in weird sexual positions but you do the yoga in about 110-120 degree room, you sweat like a pig.
