They're like a lot of the fans here...they're so pissed after a loss (particularly an upset loss) that they'd probably say they couldn't beat the Washington team right now. Give them a day or two to cool down and they'll be back to predicting a complete blowout against us.

Yeah don't ever take a poll like that of the fanbase hours after a bad loss. Results will be negative.

By Friday, they will be pumped.

If there's such a thing as being "due" a loss, the Cowboys are due a loss in Philadelphia.

I don't believe so. While undermanned, I think the Cowboys have enough to beat this team in their stadium. Obviously they'll need to do a better job of finishing drives. The key IMO will be to not let the Eagles off to a fast start. Drag them into a close game into the 2nd half, I like our chances better than theirs.

The Eagles should win this game without Bryant but they wont. I think the source of there collapse is they just dont want to play for Kelly

Here's to hoping for an Eagles 6-10 season and Chip going back where he belongs. College. I'm sick and tired of seeing him and hearing about him non stop when they play.

No ... here's to hoping for a 6-10 season and Chip Kelly returning for more.

I'm one of then so called FANS that some knucklehead came up with, but...I'm not sure I like this game coming up. Losing a player the caliber of Dez is something to consider. Now, if the running game starts off fast, maybe I will try and relax.

Wish we still had Murray...he tore it up for the Eagles!

I was more kidding than anything since the Cowboys have won three straight in Philly. The assertion of being "due" a loss is an obvious commission of the gamblers fallacy.

They've gone 10-6 with Kelly the last two seasons.

Atlanta Defense looked great last night, that doesn't mean Philly looks that bad next week. We'll see but Dallas should have at least as much up front as Hotlanta, not sure our back 7 are as good or athletic.

The Eagles D isn't all world but they are put together well with some big athletes at LB. Right now Chip Kelly looks dumbfounded for cutting all of those Veteran playmakers. look for a bounce back game, they need it bad.

The quick passing game almost blew up in their faces when the Atl. DBs started jumping routes Chip Kelly backed off the quick passes immediately.

One thing gone un-noticed around here is the play of Claiborne, if he continues to look like a Pro Corner that would help a lot.

Gee a voice of reason.
I think we're going to struggle in this game and I hope I'm wrong. Teams like the Eagles bounce back and if JG can keep our boys from reading their press clippings and the media love fest from last week, we might pull off a win. We had a lot of things go our way snatching a victory out of what should have been a loss. We had a lot of help to stay in tat game and cannot afford to make the same mistakes and win in Phili so we have to improve without the best receiver and pass rusher on the team. If anyone can pull it off Romo can but I guarantee that Murray will look like a caged animal set free this weekend. He's grinding his axe along with a lot of other eagles embarrassed from Atlanta and last years home defeat to us.

I hvae a quibble with your analysis where you say we had a lot of things go our way. Frankly, the Giants had a lot of things go their way to even be in that game. The flukey interception from Romo, the Beasley fumble, etc. If we play smart and not stupidly, the Giants wouldn't have been in the situation they were in.

I was reading an article about the Egirls and there was a poll question.

Can the Eagles beat the Cowboys without Dez?

60% of the replies said the Egirls wouldn't win regardless if Dez played or not.

I expected a lot more homers than that.

At the time and after a loss, that same crowd would declare a distaste for a Philly Sandwich and then walk into the upcoming home game against Dallas within a urine smelling stadium and fight any pro Dallas sight located in the stadium.

Myself, I wouldn't be putting mayonase on my pomfritz as to Philly's defense. They are a quality unit that is lead very aggressively.

I get that but they forced most of those turnovers and the NYG D and Oline on paper are not near as good as Philthy's. We got help on the TD with a questionable PI call, a very poor performance by Eli and their receivers, not to mention a terrible lapse in judgment by NYG when they could have closed at the end. Romo won the game on his arm alone and I don't think we can go back to the "Romo throws the ball 40 times a game" to win for long. Without Dez, we're going to lose the pass threat of double coverage and they will fill the box against our run. They will blitz the heck out of Romo as always and he better keep upright or we're done. The present vegas line is Pilthy by 5 so we'll see. I'm sorry but I'm a negative nancy most of the time. Hope I'm wrong and if I'm right, I will not the type to come back and tell you about it.

Eagles fans are doom and gloom and hung over right now. Feel sorry for all the dogs that got kicked last night. They will be charged up later in the week and expecting a win on Sunday.

Vin if you've ever been to south Philly - you would know exactly how they feel.
