What about a guy like Moulds as an alternative?

And with a player like Moulds, I think Key could be o.k. as well.

We could then draft a WR in the 3rd-5th round and develop him. Or spend more time developing Copper, if we think he's got what it takes.
Moulds could actually be the guy Dallas would like to snatch up and is laying low for it.

I think this TO stuff is a smokescreen.

I've seen nothing concrete that says the team or the player are really serious about doing anything.

But Moulds would be an excellent alternative and I think he'd be fine with Key and Glenn and Witten and would STILL give us a top WR corp in the NFL WITHOUT TO..

and at 1/4 the cost.

And we could STILL draft a WR in April for the future. AGAIN at 1/4 the cost it would cost to sign TO.

I'm hoping TO to Dallas is just another fan anxiety attack rumor in reaction to the 'Skins signings.

I've seen nothing anywhere that really connects us to TO.

Think about it. When Key had his problems in Tampa, Key was leaking all sorts of comments about reuniting with BP, etc.

TO hasn't done any of that at all.

I don't think he really wants to come here and is allowing and using all the rumors to drive his price up with whomever he does sign with.

Dallas has indicated nothing, folks. Neither has TO.

I remain unconvinced this is real.

We may end up releasing Keyshawn Johnson and signing Eric Moulds.

Terrell Owens Countdown Clock
If T.O.'s still on the Eagles roster tomorrow, the team will have to fork over a $5 million roster bonus. Ain't gonna happen. The persona non wideout will be traded or waived by 4 p.m. today, so the league can be told before its offices close today.

Agreed but LT would have done the world a favor if he busted his jaw instead of his leg:eek:

Kansas City may give us trouble!

You mean, Kansas City may save us from Jerry's stupidity...

That would give me two reasons to make the Chiefs my favorite team in the AFC (the second being the presence of Derrick Johnson)...

That's exactly the way I'd go, Woods, though I might draft a WR as early as the 2nd round (Martin Nance, who I think has a little Alvin Harper in his prime in him)...

Moulds would be a terrific short term fix for the depth problem at WR...

T.O. will eat Herm Edwards up.

T.O.'s only chance at redemption is for Dallas to save him.

Another reason NOT to want him in Dallas-- this PITA doesn't DESERVE "redemption"...

A man's actions have consequences, and TO should have to live with the consequences of his...
