Philly, I guess they really hate Cowboys

My biggest issue with the "bandwagon" Boys fans argument is this.

Why are there any of us left? Since we "haven't won a playoff game" in umpteen years blah blah blah... this and that.. why are there still die hard Boys fans?

Gotta love the Sanchez jersey hanging up. I hope Eagles fans notice that not even the Manager of Phillies can stand them.

I love each loss as well, but the ones that come against us are special.:D

Those are especially tough for eagle fans to swallow.


It would be nice to let this idiot know his rant has been reposted on a Cowboys message board and that we are taking such joy in his misery.

Good point. If we were "bandwagon fans" I think alot of us would have jumped ship a while ago. The last time the Cowboys won a playoff game, my son was 3 years old, now he is going on 17, drives and has a girlfriend. The Cowboys could take another 13+ years to win a playoff game and I will still allways root for them. I picked the Cowboys as my team when I was 9 years old, "I am 47 years old now", and they will allways be MY TEAM!
 
I certainly hope someone heard this cry for help..............:D
 
The few Philly guys I have talked about their hate for the Cowboys boils down to two things.

1. They hate the bandwagon fans. Specifically the local Cowboys fans. The hardcore Eagles fan can not fathom how someone from Philly could support another team, especially the Cowboys. The team has been such a loser for so long that they hate any other winning team, especially the Cowboys. They think the Cowboys are all about being high profile, glitz and glamour. So for a local Philly native to support Dallas drives them crazy.

2. Cowboys win. They basically win or do something significant every decade. The Cowboys have 8 SB appearances with 5 rings. As much as they talk smack about how we have not won a playoff game in a long time, deep down they know they are putting themselves down for never winning a SB. They hate the Cowboys for being winners.

I'm a Texas Tech graduate and I'm not a classless mental midget. Texas and Texas A&M get the best recruits year-end and year-out and they should beat Texas Tech regularly. However A&M doesn't and I love it because of fans like you. The ones you should be mad at is the A&M administration and coaches for allowing the Red Raiders to kick your team around for most of the last 14 years.

Its probably going to get worst because Texas Tech is starting to get better recruits. Guns UP!!!

I am a HUGE Dallas Cowboy fan though and I hope we finally get back where the Cowboys belong as Super Bowl Champions!!!

The Phillies begin in the WS at the time covered up for the Eagles loss to the Raiders, All the Philly fans here said it's still baseball season until after the WS, well the same week they lost to the Yanks they lose to Dallas, it's so quit :) nowdays!

Philly fans arfe hypocrites, they turn on their team any chance they get. I've met enough in AC to know they bandwaggon worse aside from the Skins. They are a joke and Philly people in general are scum, I've never met so many wiggers...
