I has said this last year and the year previous.

Philly can't keep kicking the CAP can down the road and keep good players.

($70,794,761) - they are currently over the CAP for 2021.

Do we know the cap for 2021?

Nope. In the past owners would have a rough idea of the cap in December with some minor tweaks to it before it's finalized in Feb/March. I know PFT had an encouraging article in December that there was talk the cap could be higher than the estimated ceiling of 176mil and could even be around 195mil.

Over the Cap has it set at 176,000,000
Spotrac has is set at 175,000,000
Miguel (The Patriots preeminent salary cap expert) at Patscap has it pegged at 175,000,000 as well

So it should be somewhere in that range, bar any revenue adjustments leading into the 2021 season

Which one? This is 3/4 of their team.

I was just wondering what that 70 million over the cap was based on. I don't believe the NFL is lowering the cap by almost 25 million. That I have to see to believe.

Ok, so going by total cap liabilities, their top 51 is 265 million. So 70 million brings them to around what the cap is right now. So yeah, they're in a lot of trouble if I'm reading that right.
Aye... There are a few ways to fix it... Starting with Wentz... Trade after 6/1 helps them a bit, but him reworking his deal to facilitate a trade would help even more... Cutting Desean clears room too...gonna be some belt tightening though
