But I guess we may get 10 of doom and gloom about the rematch game.

I love beating up on the trash of the league, I wish all of our games were against teams like Chicago. So now we have Philly, our we contenders or pretenders. I'm not going to apologize for being pessimistic, our history isn't so good so I have a right to be. The offense picked it up, Murray had good running lanes. So what I want to see is what happens if Philly shut down our run game again. Can Romo step up and carry the team? He's got to do this at some point because some teams have the ability to slow down this run game, yet put points on the board to force you to throw it.

You'd have to be a fool to think Philly is going to be easy. But we bounced back from the dirt in this game. I like our chances more tonight than I did this morning. Looking for a much better showing than Thursdays.

Well that and the fact that prime time had a front 4 that created pressure on the QB. We don't have any elite CB's mind you but, they're solid. Our biggest problem is lack of consistent pressure and our LB's are too slow in zone coverage to make a play. Playing zone makes you react later to the deep ball, hence a lot of over the top mess we got burned with. Safeties should have helped better there. Best believe if it was Sean Lee, Rolando McClain, Bruce Carter instead, Marty B wouldn't have half the catches across the middle in zone coverage.
