Franchise-wise yes the Cowboys seem to be going in a better direction. But SALARY CAP wise , which my post is referring too, how can you say that when the Eagles are sitting with 35 million in cap space and the Cowboys are scrambling to get under the cap?

I understand your point, however, we are a couple moves away (i.e. Romo & Free) from being in a much more cap friendly position. We should be somewhere around $10M under the cap when decisions are made here and keep in mind we are operating with under that $5M penalty.

With that, I'd still rather be where the Cowboys are from a finance and roster talent perspective.
