Don't know if this has been mentioned yet or not, but if the Saints win tonight, then Peyton will have done something BP hasn't done in 4 years......win a playoff game. Playoffs???? (sounding like Mora Sr.)

Why are you guys debating that decision? It was early in the freaking 3rd Q. The sheet says wait til late in the game and do it when you absolutely have to. You take the sure point separation of 1 versus the possibility of being down by 2 that early in the game.. ok back to your quibbling.

You have no idea how the scoring is going to turn out and that one-point could be the difference.

Like I said, you can make an argument for going for 2. In the NFL, you're not going to see it very often, and in the playoffs, almost never.
