Correction: Philly would have to win and Tampa would have to lose again next week

correction...TB would have to lose at home to STL, ATL lose out (playing Oak at home next week) and Philly would have to beat Dallas to get in.

Not that it will happen but if ATL and CHI loses 1 of 2, combined with TB losing next week then Dallas and Philly gets in even if the Boys lose next week.
