They have a 3 game lead and really more since beat us head to head, so they have money to play with.

Optimistic scenario: win 12/24; they lose to Tenn; they split with Giants.

Just because the Eagles are 8-0, doesn't mean they can take the remainder of the teams on their schedule lightly. And it doesn't mean that every team is going to lay down and give them an easy win. This is still the NFL.

Packers lost to the Giants, the Jets, the Commanders, the Bills, the Lions ---FIVE IN A ROW....but came back down two TDs to defeat the Cowboys (again).

They haven't clinched anything yet. So it would be silly of them to go on pilot and getting arrogant right now just because they are 8-0, in which even two or three losses could have the Vikings overtaking them for the number 1 seed. As well as put the division into play if either the Cowboys or Giants can sustain enough wins to remain close to them in the division.
