I must say that I'm impressed with the Eagles. I still can't stand their Neandertal fans, but their team has played very well.

Garcia hasn't thrown an INT as a starter, and Westbrook/Buckhalter pose a real threat at RB.

I can't understand why Reid doesn't run more. His OL is HUGE.

I'm more than a little nervous about our game on Monday.

Romo hasn't seen Philly's defense yet, and our defense simply can't stop opposing teams that like to dink and dunk us to death. Westbrook is tough to defend for good defenses. Ours has trouble covering backs. Plus, Philly just seems to own us this decade.

I think it's going to be a tough game....hopefully, Romo's up to the challenge. Of course, nothing would give me greater pleasure than to see us embarrass the Eagles.

We better be ready to handle their RBs out of the backfield.

If Philly wins, that'll be three straight.

They would be the hottest team in the division.

Garcia isn't his usual flighty self.

With our defense having issues, we're in for a tough game next week.

Garcia is looking like that same trouble maker that played for SF. He seems very comfortable in the Eagles offense and he has better weapons than he had in Cleveland. I'd worry about the guy!

We swept them last year and were an interception away from tieing/beating them earlier this year. Like someone else said, we have something to play for and an offense that can score at will. However, the defense has picked a horrible time to be so shaky. Hopefully they will figure it out and give us a Merry Christmas.

I got what I wanted. Now let's hope we take care of business. Whoever is not covering the back out in the flats needs to take heed. They will test us with that and screens. Ware cannot just take off and head for the QB.

Someone besides Ware needs to step up. He has been a one-man wrecking crew with virtually no help. Imagine how good he would be with some playmakers around him. Keep Roy around the line of scrimmage. Let someone else cover.

Yeah. Garcia threw a pretty bad int today. Besides that, he had a good game. We HAVE to get some pass rush on Garcia. Judging from the Giants game, he can pick you apart if he has time (much like every QB in the league). Cowboys also have to defend the screen and swing passes to Westbrook or LJ Smith.

If we can pressure Garcia like we did Vick, then we'll be okay since Garcia while mobile, is not as mobile as Vick. He can be pressured into poor decisions/throws. We definitely cannot be killed on the flats. I will also hold my breath on a deep pass if Henry/Roy has the coverage.

He threw what could have been a pretty big pick tonight in the 2nd half.

We'll see it all day until we prove we can defend it. The Commanders today were flawless against that set of plays by the Saints.

Can we now officially stop saying how great McNabb is?

And how "he can't do it all in Philly", .. or "they expect him to do it all and win by himself", or "there is just too much pressure on him to succeed."

Garcia is now winning with the same players.

The best thing to happen to Philthy was for McNabb to go down, ... they were going nowhere with him in there.

McNabb is/alway has been over-rated.

Hey, Garcia is dangerous and their front 4 on defense are still nasty.

We definetly have our hands full on CHRISTmas day, can't wait.

If Philly wins then they will have the inside tract on winning the division since they will have swept us.

PLease dont start that "McNabb is overrated " crap. MacNabb was/is a very, very good qb. The fact that they are winning with Garcia doesnt say anything about McNabb as much as it says something about the Eagles running game.

Andy Reid is running the ball more and that is making them more balanced.

Garcia is playing well because he is in the West Coast Offense, something that he knows and is very familiar with. Plus the OLine is giving him time to make plays.

If you give any decent qb time to throw then more than likely he is going to put up some numbers. The Falcons had the 31st passing offense and Vick is not known for his passing abilities and his receivers are famous for their soap hand and pathetic route running and yet they were able to put up big numbers against a pretty good defense. Vick threw for 4 touchdowns and our secondary made their less than mediocre wide-outs look like Pro-Bowlers.

Garcia will have a career day if we cannot apply pressure and if our secondary dont tighten up their coverage. The Eagles beat us last time because of the big plays of their receivers and they will do it again if we dont play better on defense.

THe one good thing we have going for us is Romo and being able to actually run the ball. Romo should be able to take advantage of them blessing better than Bledsoe did which means T.O. ( if he is not suspended) may have a big game if Jim Johnson brings the house, as he is expected to do.

THis actually should be a good game but our defense will be the key to victory.

Not just three straight, but three straight on the road. I just don't see it happening.

Incidentally, not to hi-jack the thread, but does anyone still think that McNabb was an MVP candidate? The team seems to be just fine (maybe better?) without him.

Edit: Looks like someone beat me to it. Sorry guys, McNabb is the most overrated quarterback in the league. His numbers earlier this year were padded against teams like the 49ers, Packers and Texans. As soon as the Eagles' started playing real teams, his numbers went into the tank. He also has the lowest career completion percentage of any WCO quarterback who has started more than 30 games.
