Yes...I am kind of bored.

However I do like phone cases.

Currently have Samsung Note 20 Ultra phone and have the Samsung Rugged gear case

However Since I have had some UAG cases in the past I have ordered another one. The UAG Monarch Case with the carbon fiber

I think one of my favorite cases was back for the Samsung Galaxy 3 It was made by Musubo and I don't think they make cases anymore. I have the red one.

So what case do you use or what were some of your favorite cases?

I had a really good Otterbox for my last phone, but they make them for my new one. At least they didn't the last time I checked. The one I have is okay, but it can be a little slippery. The Otterbox was like having Stickum on the case.

Pelican for my iPhone11 ProMax. I like the case better than the phone.

I had an otter box for my iphone 4. Only reason I got it was because were going to be on the beach a good bit on vacation. I think that phone was the only thing I owned that did not have sand on or in it lol.

Razer Arctech Pro

The 12 pro max tends to run hot and this case keeps it cooled. It also antimicrobial to keep germs from growing on the phone.

Plain old Otterbox Commuter. It's about my 3rd. It just fits my pocket well and I've never cracked a screen. I've considered buying one of the Lifeproof waterproof cases but they're $$$!

I imagine smartphones are so delicate and more fragile and having a case can be annoying
As for my phone it is a Samsung Rugby 4 ( flip phone) 2 years now with no case needed ( no scratch or damage).

I've never had an LG, but my last phone was a Moto g5 plus, and I loved it. Talk about a phone that could take a beating! So once it finally crapped out, I got this Moto g Power, and I like it even more than the other one. I don't know how durable it is yet, because I haven't gotten po'ed at it, but it has some cool features, including a built in instructional app. Also runs Android. Bought it at Best Buy for $250, activation to Verizon included.

Prob the only one here who's never owned a phone.
I don't either, but do have the old school flip phone still. Initially I was concerned having access to the "full" internet while at work could let me gamble all day long. Then it became a hold out, then now want one, ah nm type of thing.

Seeing everyone buried in their phones is a phenomenon though; has replaced newspapers and magazines in social settings

Seeing everyone buried in their phones is a phenomenon though, TV has nothing on the smart phone in how fast it kills everyone's attention span; or certainly hasn't helped when combined. Cell phone anxiety is a real thing, for someone who has their phone pinned on them, they have real issues trying to ever disconnect. I'll intentionally "lose" my phone for a week when I'm not feeling all that social lol

Cool. Ya, I have a family member who has a phone, if I have a need (usually to schedule my doctor's appointment).
