How was that Pass Interference? I thought once the QB left the pocket that defenders were allowed to hit WRs. They handed the ball off, then pitched it back the WRs should be fair game at that point.

You can hit them before the ball is thrown, but once the ball is in the air, you can't interfere.

In all fairness, we got away with Jenkins tackling the guy on their next drive, that was clearly PI also.

So all in all, the calls evened out today. I really dont have that big of an issue with officiating today, we just flat out sucked.

why aren't you guys talking about the non-call the play before Rivers int. He threw downfield and your guy TACKLED him before the ball even got there, and that was def catchable. Yea were a pretty average team right now...basically the way your team has been for 40years. Oh by the way what do you mean not talking about the Jenkins non call, the poster before you clearly mentioned it.

It offsets the one the refs missed on Jenkins when SD was backed up to the goal line and Rivers had a receiver at the 40.

Holy carp! You're right! The ref that called that one on Dallas is the same ref who tried to flag Dallas on the uncatchable ball.

That ball was 5 yds out of bounds. No way it was catchable.
