Very quickly getting sick of Troy. He gets more anti Cowboys every year IMHO.

Troy even seemed to perk up as Jax took the lead and the Cowboys continued to fall apart. It is not my imagination. Troy does not want the modern Dallas Cowboys to succeed. At first I chalked it up to professionalism and objective analysis, but the more I listen to him, the more I realize he is actually rooting against the organization he once played for. I can appreciate objectivity and unbiasedness, but to be anti-Cowboy? Not necessary, Troy. And totally baffling.

Troy thinks anything against Dallas is a good call. I love me some Troy, but he SHOULD NOT broadcast any more Cowboys game.

Troy is by far the best booth personality that Fox has, he can call any Cowboy game as far as I am concerned.

If ex-Cowboys arent constanly prasining the greatness of the team at all times, they are seen as having an 'anti cowboy bias' like every other member of the media supposedly contains to these exact same people. all ex-cowboys can't be Charlie Waters. some are actually guilty of coming across as non-biased. maybe it's because they are interested in maintaining employment with a national media corporation and aiming for the "madden money".

which would explain why i have the utmost respect for the booth-bound Aikman and am in complete dismay as to how theismann has maintained a job with ABC/Disney/ESPN for so long.

fer chrissake somebody tell me Eisner and Theismann are cousins - cuz that one has me wantin' to call art bell.

We can agree to disagree on this, but I have been very open-minded about it. I have considered all that you said in your post, but after listening to him again on Sunday, I am convinced that Troy Aikman is more comfortable when Dallas is failing.
