A real good friend of mine won the privilege of attending the Star during the upcoming draft. He's a devoted Cowboy fan. It could not of happened to a nicer person. I'm happy for him.

How did he win that?

Wow. It looks like the inside of an old casino. I definately like the old one better.

It's gonna take a lot of good drafting in there for this to grow on me. Why not blue and silver carpet? It looks like a mix of Browns and Bengals colors throughout the entire room. Yuk.

I have to believe they will change something to add a Cowboys feel to the room. At the moment it looks like a bland Marriott conference room.

It's an actual photo in the Star Mag special draft edition. The line down the middle is where the page splits, but it's an actual photo.

Without Dez in the background, you wouldn't even know it was catered for the Dallas Cowboys. Looks like the hotel conference/suites you might attend for work.

I'm going to miss the familiar sight of the old war room come draft day. The new one looks way too corporate.

They need an old smokey room with cigars hanging out their mouths, including Charlotte. Old style ticker tapes for the players scouting reports as if running horse bets. People runnig in and out in a chaotic fashion. Now that's a war room.

It's very nice in person - they can virtualize and customize their video displays in the room to show their draft board, positional groups, and display cut ups of prospects when they are debating who to pick. It's a pretty slick setup.

I am sure Jerry put in a very fine wet bar stocked with JWB.
But why in the heck do they need to put up on the wall....FORD CENTER....it cheapens the room.....it gets seen on draft day, so I guess they need to get in that advertisement crap for a few days and one or two times it may be seen.
