Tomorrow will be the litmus test, but if we do not see a boatload of WRs picking for Beasley and Tavon to free them up underneath for quick catch and runs, the entire retooling of our WR corps will have been in vain. NE makes a living with underneath pick passes. See no reason Dak cannot. Let’s just hope Linehan and Garrett have come to their senses.

Don't hold your breath.
Expect zero bunch or stacked formations too..

But do expect a TE flat route on 3rd and 8

Linehan has all the creativity of a blind 4 year old playing in the backyard in the dirt.

All signs point to a new offense including the acquistion of Austin and Olawale (sp) and the comments made by coaches and F.O.. I just don't have confidence Garrett and Linehan will follow through with it though. Hoping they do.

They ran some in the preseason. TWill got a penalty for it because it was waaaaaay too obvious.

I did see Gallup run a nice pick play.

That’s a depressing image.

His offense is either incredible like 2014 or 2016 but when it goes wrong, it goes really wrong. I don't like the pendulum so I would've shown him the door after that historically bad 8 game stretch to end 2017. Never mind I never would've hired a coach from that 2009 0-16 Lions coaching staff to begin with.

That is subtle play that takes coaching. I’m not confident we can run it successfully. Maybe our new WR coach everyone is bragging about can coachem up! We definitely should have it in our game plan, as well as bunch patterns and Beasley running double moves and going down the field.

What you call a "retooling" of the receiver corps - everyone outside of Dallas calls a "gutting" of the receiving corps.
