Roger Staubach is of course the face of the franchise forever.

He is the reason Jerry has the most valuable sports franchise.

Without Roger Staubach there is no America's team. Roger represented everything good about sports in a time where you could really be proud of the Cowboys football team.

There's really only 1 or 2 obvious choices, but this young lady presents a very strong case........

It would be Roger Staubach who epitomizes everything good in his whole life and projects that onto the Dallas Cowboys franchise. Most every kid wanted/pretended to be Roger Staubach at one time or another while playing pickup football.

Omitting Staubach or Landry, I don't think any face represents the Cowboys more than Michael Irvin.
His is more associated with the Cowboys on television than any other Cowboy since Staubach.

Well that's embarrassing. I like Mike, but he's obnoxiously loud and homerish.
