That's great for most of us common folk. Others need fashionable and trendy ammo not found at Walmart?

BrAinPaiNt;3312276 said::laugh2: That is pretty cool but I am shocked there are not bullet holes or buckshot in that thing.
You know some kids would be driving by and just have to shoot at that thing.
ethiostar;3312282 said:It would be cool if that thing made gunshot sounds randomly, or better yet if it had a motion sensor and would let out a big bang at night. :laugh1:

He was so smooth about it, too. He took the key off and it was headed straight for his mouth. lol

Trust me my boy wasn't on the laptop that long and he is usually no where near it.

Love those pics of your little guy. You are blessed with a great looking kid.
CowboyWay;3313907 said:Nice buy. I bought a sig sauer p229 a couple years ago. 9mm as well. Be careful with that cheap walmart ammo though. It has a tendency to jam. If it does, don't get in a hurry to unjam it. Take your time, and go slow when you work on getting it unjammed.
im looking into a makarov myself, from what i read they are like the AK as far as durabilitybbgun;3313935 said:Years ago I was flirting with the idea of buying a handgun, but I was a DC resident at the time, and that was not legally possible. Anyway, here's one of the automatics I was considering. All I know is that it's Czech and no longer in production.

lol yeah i think the one in the pic is an east german made one, i think 5 different countries made them but all the things ive read say just like you it goes bang every timeCliffnMesquite;3314013 said:I owned a Makarov years back. It was made in Russia in the early 60's by happy little commrads. Fun little gun but weighed like two pounds as I remember. The surplus Russian ammo was very dirty, but it went bang every time. That one's fancy!

ive seen the bulgarian and russian ones as low as 100 and the rest anywhere between 150 and 250, with the .380 up to 350. not bad but my girl is nervous about having a gun so she wants a good gun safe and all that before we get one and we just cant justify the purchase right now(or the past 3 years):bang2: :laugh2:CliffnMesquite;3314022 said:LOL. Yeah they are built like tanks. The Soviets weren't interested in looks. Wait till you try to break it down for the first time...
BTW. What are they going for these days? I think I paid like $70.00 for mine like 15 years or so ago.
