Who needs safety's?

Seattle
KC
Pitt
San Fran
Carolina
Tampa Bay
Green Bay
Chargers
Rams
Houston

All of these teams probably need a safety and most of them pick twice before we pick.
Any other teams known to need a safety?

I should add Cle. They traded for Eric Murray but I bet he is similar to Iloka in that he is a stop gap measure and they may draft another.

Houston and Green Bay each signed a free agent Safety.

Some of those teams have several needs.

Even the Rams lost some free agents.

You should list the top 2 or 3 Safeties on each teams roster.

We need a starting DT

Collins, Crawford and Heyder are all 3 techs.
Woods and Covington at 1-tech.

That is already 5 dt's and heck I wouldn't be surprised if they try out Taco as a 3 tech on passing downs to try to salvage him.
I suspect they add one late to challenge Heyder but the right safety is a day one starter and improves the team dramatically.

Cominsky is a good option. IMO

Why would Rams, Packers, or Chargers need a safety?

Packers probably don't. I forgot that they signed Amos. Rams need a F/S. Signed Weddle but they likely would want to add a young one as well. Maybe not a huge need.

Chargers lost Tre Boston and I have read that Safety is one of their top needs.

We need a starting DT
This draft just doesn't look great in terms of DT value at #58.

There are the upper tier DTs that will all go in the 1st then a bunch a might be good types but the DTs projected to the 3rd don't seem much different than the ones projected to the 2nd.

That’s why we need to find a way to move up. Somehow.

That's why I predict a run on safeties on day 2....starting early. We will be siiting there watching 1 by 1 come off the board...question is...Will we be happy w/ what is left?

Got a feeling somebody will be....

Be it Juan Thornhill or Darrell Savage....maybe even a Taylor Rapp could fall. He did run a rather pedestrain 40 @ his proday yesterday.

I sure hope so. If we come out of the draft without a starting safety I will consider the entire offseason a failure.

Miami.

I think Dallas really likes a couple of day three guys -Will Harris and Khary Willis.

If none of Rapp, Abram and CGJ are there, they may go in tha direction later on and frankly I wouldn’t mind that at all.
