Hey man, You need to adjust them.

NBC, CBS and ESPN broadcast in 1080i 29.97

So you need to Deinterlace the pictures. Every third frame will be clear only.

I am not sure what software you have but in photoshop to deinterlace it is as simple as filter-video-deinterlace.

In video programs such as mpeg streamclip when you export to a frame, there is an option to deinterlace.

Let me know if you need any help with it.

I use a desktop HD program that saves the games as dvr-ms files. As a result, the files are huge (Washington game was 14 gigs). I then use Zoom Player to do the screengrabs, because it's the only player that can handle CBS/NBC games. I find FOX HD to be of far superior quality.

I will look up some stuff and see what I can come up with for you. I am not familiar with that filetype. I am assuming it is compressing the game, I use a happauge wintv 1600 tuner and beyond tv to record. It records in an mpeg2 format and the game for me was 31 gb.

and the reason fox looks better is because They broadcast
720 progressive at 59.94 fps. And on a digital computer monitor the display is progressive. But I love the fox look also, that 60 fps makes it really look fantastic. All sports should be shot progressively, but 1080i is used more and Most network televison programs shoot in 1080i.

I will look around and see if I can help ya out.

it would be better if the background was the Hulk's face, looking all pissed off, the star could be bottom, left-hand corner, Ratliff in the middle
