Hire coaches and players from the Niners.

Any coach with an expiring contract, offer him double what they're paying him...

Definitely go all-in to get their OL coach and assistantant coach...

Also sign any OLineman from SF even is he is mediocre.

The Cowboys can't stop that run blocking scheme and the Cowboys offense can't run vs good defenses...

At this point, I'll take their waterboy as the Cowboys OLine coach...

They play in SF they're great, come to Dallas, they will be DUD's, LOSING CULTURE HERE!!!!

Jerry’s big psychological strategy is to praise poor play…publicly.

He is never going to stop, and if it ever works it’s because of dumb luck, another thing we don’t seem to have much of.

Wonder why. Jerry is such an upstanding citizen. He often talks of “loyalty.” Does your wife count in that equation Jerry?

This guy is reaping what he sows and taking the rest of us along for the ride.

I don't get it, a guy can have his worst game, the praise they'll get is so unreal!!!!! Player misses 9 tackles, "uhh we really did some good things, he looked great, we like how he plays the game, he's been good for us for a long time!" lol

Happens all the time people think that when you have this great staff with a great head coach that has all the answers and all the players right again let me say that all the players to fit that scheme to AT you can't just go make that happen anywhere else,,,

Yup but we're the joke, because we get suckered into this mess, sorry to say this but it's the truth. They love money more than winning

I used to think it was him selling his product.

Now I think he actually believes things like Dak being great. He deserves to lose.

Really, all he needs to do is say nothing, but it’s painfully clear this is about being a celebrity for him, and a large part of why we are limited in who would want to coach here.

The theme here is about the “future,” which isn’t about much more than who Dan Quinn can talk into accepting Dak and Jerry and coming here as OC, because anyone who can’t see that McCarthy will be the latest scapegoat isn’t paying much attention.

Not defending McCarthy, as that name and greatness will never be used in the same sentence, but they’re no real chance to succeed here as a HC. There just isn’t.

So is this plan to get the coaches and offense line of the 49ers and pair them with Dak, or do you have a plan at QB too?
