I really liked it, and not just because we scored a lot of points.

I was glad to see us go away from our usual script of "run on 1st down, pass on 2nd." The defense was clearly selling out on the run on first down in the first half, stuffing 8 guys in the box on every first down. We mixed it up with play action and quick, efficient passes to catch them off guard, and it worked beautifully.

Yeah I thought it was a nice mix. But need to have a counter for whatever the Giants did in their game... Tampa and Detroit didn't play like they did for the most part (try to contain Dak in pocket)

They don't have the guys to do that... or really, to do anything with our offensive line. We may regret helping to push these guys out of the playoffs... not that I would advocate any kind of weird strategy of trying to manipulate things like that.

Dak handed off well tonight. I'm sure you're proud.

The play calling was really sharp tonight. Plenty of first down throws and keeping them off balance. So good to see us make them pay for selling out for the run and exploiting matchups.

They kept selling out in the second.. that play be TWill across the middle was another example..

Teams are threatened to death of Zeke..

We are well beyond our last in the league ranking in terms of play-action usage when Garrett was play caller. Dak is throwing out of there as a staple..

I was actually very proud, before the game I said I wanted him to take advantage of these free games and stop worrying about interceptions... to stop holding the ball and just let it rip. And he did... not all of the throws were great, but I don't care about that. I just wanted to see him take advantage of the time he gets in the pocket to let the play develop and make the defense pay.

GB is a real test the way Rodgers is playing.. Capers throws all types of zone blitzes. So if we are forced to pass, then the reckoning comes because play action will be negated..

Right now teams blitz as a desperation move to try and get pressure..

He also probably let it rip because he heard Romo was tossing the ball on the sideline... ;)

Didn't we crush Green Bay in Lambeau this year? I don't care if Aaron Rogers is hot or not. This team isn't scared of Green Bay or anybody else! Bring em on!!

GB was playing absolutely purely horrific ball during that stretch and now are on a five game winning streak with Rodgers arguably the hottest QB in football..

But like I said, it's all contingent on getting Dallas in known passing downs where Capers can start doing all his zone blitzes..

Detroit was basic last night.. stack the line with 8 to stop Zeke..

Whoever started that thread about opening the playbook after clinching was apparently on to something.

I'm straight, but I know a handsome guy when I see one.

Everyone is assuming that the playcalling was vastly different, but there is also the possibility that Dak has been focusing more on protecting the ball and with the pressure off, he decided to take more chances tonight.

Not saying that's the case, but there have been a lot of plays in recent weeks where Dak had receivers with the same separation areas they had tonight yet he would not throw the ball to them.

The only real play that stood out as different to me was the Dez-to-Witten pass.

Still not worried about a team that may not even make the playoffs and if they do we may not even play them.

We absolutely crushed them. I'd have some concern if it was a close game but it wasn't. We dominated against them in our rookies 5th game of their career

They aren't even close to the same team. They lost 5 out of 6 during that stretch.. people were actually questioning If Rodgers was 'done'..

The schedule has been kind to them

All teams are sketchy in reality.. Minnesota looked good against us defensively and now they are choking away TDs and so on.. Tampa Bay laid another egg against the 'vaunted' Saints defense..

We called a gameplan that punished the Lions for cheating against the run.

The Lions sold out on Zeke and instead of cramming it up the gut anyways we actually decided to expose a team for doing that. I'm sure it is mostly because we have everything clinched.
