Smith tackled at 12:04

You can see the ref placing the ball at the 36 yard line at 11:36

The play clock is running on the fox graphic, showing 15 seconds at 11:35

At 11:28, the play clock hits 7 seconds and stops.

At 11:17, 11 seconds after the playclock hit 7 and froze, the 49ers snap the ball.

When the playclock start? Why did it take 28 seconds for the refs to place the ball? Why did the fox graphic stop at 7 seconds and then disappear?

Not only that, but isn't that supposed to be a 5 yard penalty? If so, why did they kick from the 50 yard line instead of the 35?

Right. they penalized the Cowboys 20 yards on the kick off. I guess that's the 4th question.

it is only a 5 yard penalty if you accept it. Not sure why it's 20 if you keep the points

15 yrd for the penalty I believe. It's considered unsportsmanlike conduct. Just like extra point they carried it over to the KO because SF kept the points.

1st of all the new kickoff rule moves the ball to the 35..so it was a 15 yard penalty

the penalty was NOT declined...it was accepted..they chose to enforce the penalty on the kickoff
