I don't know if anyone has brought this up yet, as most have brought up the need for a new HC. And i do agree that we need someone as HC who can get this team better prepared.

i think something else we need bad is better leadership on the field. we need "ray lewis" type leadership, someone who can fire this team up and keep them fired up during a game no matter how important the game or what time it is.

am i saying we need ray lewis himself, no not necessarily, we just need someone to fire people up. we are WAY too relaxed on the sidelines, and i saw no emotion during this game.

Ray Lewis and Brian Dawkins are free agents. They are exactly the kind of players we need. Not saying we will get them but neither player will be franchised by their team.

We need to get younger.

Flo, Zack, and Henry need to be replaced.

We need new starters at SS and LG.

We need someone to push Tony Romo.
