Let's start with Tony Romo. His 3 TD passes moved him into a tie with Carson Palmer for 27th place all time in NFL History. Here's where he stands all time right now and who he is chasing.

24. Steve Young, 232
25. Phillip Rivers, 230
26. Ben Roethlisberger, 225
27. Tony Romo, 215

So, it will be a little while before he passes anyone else, but he is climbing the all time record books. On top of this he threw a TD pass in his 32nd straight game. The NFL record is 54 by Drew Brees. The longest current streak is 41 by Tom Brady, who plays tomorrow. Tony's 32 is the 6th longest in NFL History.

Dan Bailey made his 29th consecutive FG without a miss. The NFL record is 42 by Mike Vanderjagt.

Jason Witten is 45 yards from passing 10,000 in his NFL career. He is also 6 receptions from 900 on his career.

Dwayne Harris gained 30 yards on Kickoff Returns. He passed James Jones for 16th place, and Robert Lavette for 15th place on the Cowboys all time list. He is now 18 yards behind Herschel Walker for 14th place. He had no Punt Returns tonight.

DeMarco Murray leads the NFL with 534 yards rushing. He also leads the NFL with 5 rushing TDs. He's 156 yards ahead of Leveon Bell. Tonight he matched Emmitt Smith's team record of 100 yard games and a TD in 4 straight games to start a season. If he matches this next week it would set a team record and tie OJ Simpson for the NFL record. Jim Brown did it in 6 straight games in 1958, but that was not in the NFL. That was in the AAFL before they merged with the NFL in 1960. Murray's current pace is 2136 yards which would break the NFL record. He is not likely to get that, but he has a serious shot at Emmitt's team record of 1773 if he keeps this up.

Dallas is 4-1 all time against New Orleans in the month of September and 8-1 on the calendar date 9/28. We are now 15-14 on SNF, and 23-19 in Cowboys Stadium.

That is a little hard to believe.

Also saw tonight that Tony and JWit have the most QB to TE completions in league history.

Made a mistake on this. It isn't Brady, but Manning who has the longest current streak, at 42 games. That is 4th best all time. Between him and Tony is Brett Favre at 36 consecutive games with at least 1 TD pass.
