Jason Witten becomes the first player ever to play for the Dallas Cowboys to grab 900 receptions. He has 150 more than Michael Irvin. How amazing is that? He needs 21 more receptions to move past Torry Holt for 15th place on the all time receptions list. He is 22 yards behind Shannon Sharpe for 40th place all time in receiving yardage.

Tony Romo threw a TD pass in his 34th straight game. He now has 219 on his career/ Next week he will likely pass Steve McNair on the all time passing yards list for 37th place. He is 213 yards behind him now.

Dwayne Harris added 70 yards on Kickoff Returns. He passed Felix Jones and Amos Marsh to take over 12th place on the Cowboys all time list. He now has his sights set on Cliff Harris in 11th place with 1622 yards. He is 39 yards behind Harris. Harris did not add any Punt Return yards to his career total.

Dan Bailey's 12 points today moved him to 447 for his career as a Cowboy. 10 more points will move him past Bullet Bob Hayes for 4th place all time on our scoring list.

Let's talk about the man. I am talking about DeMarco Murray. I am talking about the first man in NFL History to rush for over 100 yards in 6 straight games to begin an NFL season. Yeah, I know Jim Brown did it too. He wasn't in the NFL in 1958. It has never been done in the NFL until now, and if he replicates if next week against the Giants, he will stand alone. His yardage on the season now stands at 785 yards. While he is no longer on pace to break Eric Dickerson's NFL record he is still on pace to break 2000 yards this season, and certainly is now a possible threat at the very least to Emmitt Smith's team record of 1773, set in 1995. He came into the week leading the NFL in rushing by 210 yards. By being the leading rusher so far this week, he has extended that lead to 233 yards. He is now 18 yards behind Julius Jones for 9th place all time in Cowboys History, and 25 yards behind Herschel Walker for 8th place. I am going to go way out on a limb and say he passes both next week. Walt Garrison in 7th place now stands 420 yards away for Murray. At his current pace, he actually may catch Marion Barber III this year for 6th place all time on the Cowboys list. It would be a monumental feat. Barber is still 892 yards away, but at his current pace, the man will get there this year.

Dallas is now 6-1 all time on the calendar date of October 12th and are 10-5 against the Seahawks.

Murray is balling out. Can't be considered a fluke either. SF and Seattle have the two best run defenses. He had 118 and 115 on them. Extend the man Jerry.

I heard something during the broadcast about Romo having the record for most consecutive games with a TD pass ON THE ROAD. Anyone else catch that stat and hear the number of games?

I love Murray, but he wants $8 mil a year.

His ball security issues are becoming a problem. Clean that up and he is a pro bowl player.

Correction to the Murray info. If a Mod would be so kind as to replace the wrong part.

I am talking about the first man in NFL History since Jim Brown in 1958 to rush for over 100 yards in 6 straight games to begin an NFL season, and if he replicates if next week against the Giants, he will stand alone.
