Well, this football weekend pretty much sucked.
DeMarco Murray's string of 100 yard games ends at 8. Here's where his season ranks right now on the Cowboys all time single season rushing list. He passed 4 previous season rushing totals today, despite his less than stellar day.

Next week he should pass 5 more of these seasons as he marches towards a new Cowboys record. He's on pace now for 2014 yards in the 2014 season. Ironic I know. That is short of the NFL record but still an amazing pace. I find myself really wanting him to explode next week in London against Jacksonville. As of right now he leads the NFL in rushing by 311 yards. If Leveon Bell goes for 132 tonight he can narrow that gap.
Jason Witten now stands at 913 receptions and is now 7 receptions from tying Torry Holt for 15th place on the NFL's all time receptions list. 8 will move him into that spot all alone. Art Monk would be next on his ladder at 940 with Derrick Mason not that much ahead of Monk. He passed Donald Driver and Santana Moss on the all time receiving yardage list. He now is alone in 38th place. He is 8 yards behind Andre Rison for 37th place. He is 69 yards from Lance Allworth for 36th place.
Dwayne Harris is 10 yards behind Mel Renfro for 7th best on the Cowboys all time Punt Return yardage list. He is 8 yards behind Jason Tucker for 10th place on the Cowboys all time Kick Return yardage list. When he moves past Tucker next week Harris will join Butch Johnson, Kevin Williams, and Mel Renfro as only 4 guys in our History who are in the top 10 for the team in both return categories. Renfro will be the first one of those 3 that he will pass in one of the two return categories.
