He now leads the NFL in rushing by 411 yards over Arian Foster who had his bye this week. With our bye coming next week we'll get a true sense of how far ahead of the pack Murray really is. It amazes me that if he gains 100 yards against the Giants in 2 weeks that he will be in the top 10 Cowboys rushing seasons all time and he will still have 6 games left to pad that stat. He is no longer on pace for 2000 yards rushing. But he is still on pace to have the best rushing season in Cowboys History with 1972 yards. Murray has also passed Walt Garrison for 7th place on the Cowboys all time rushing list. He is 444 yards behind Marion Barber III for 6th place on the all time team list. He is an Unrestricted Free Agent as of right now after this season. If he leaves he likely will never climb into the top 5. If he stays, he will move into the top 5 fairly early next year as he will pass the late Robert Newhouse who is 870 yards ahead of him as of right now. He would likely also pass Calving Hill for 4th next year.

Jason Witten moved to 2 receptions behind Torry Holt for 15th place on the NFL's all time list. He also passed Andre Rison on the NFL's all time receiving yardage list for 37th place all time. He is 36 yards behind Lance Allworth for 36th place.

Tony Romo broke a tie with Brett Favre for the 5th longest streak in NFL History of games with a TD pass. He now stands alone at 37 games. He has to do this for 10 more games to tie Johnny Unitas for a record that for years people thought was unbreakable and is now 4th all time in NFL history at 47 games. Tony has once again passed Carson Palmer for 27th place on the all time TD passes list. He is 2 ahead of Palmer who is playing right now and could pass Tony again after next week.

Dwayne Harris has passed Mel Renfro for 7th place on the Cowboys All Time Punt Return Yardage list. He now has his sights set on Kevin Williams who is ahead by 57 yards. He also passed Jason Tucker for 10h place on the Cowboys all time list, becoming only the 4th guy in team history who is in the top 10 of both return yardage lists. He is 75 yards behind Darryl Clack for 9th place on the team all time list.

One bonus piece of info. Wembley Stadium is 65th different the Cowboys have played a regular season game in.

I think Tony is about to pad his stat against Palmer.

Also today i learned nobody has more td passes over 50 yards than Romo since 06.

Not bad for struggling deep

Not to diss on Tony, I admire his streak and grateful to have him. Just saw Aaron Rodgers made nfl history with more than 16 TDs over 70 yards tonite. Looks like records are meant to be broken , lol. And the stats can be made with whatever cut off you wanna use... If Tony gets that elusive SB victory he will be recognised .

And while looking at those consecutive games with a TD pass records, I saw this. Also interesting.

All-time consecutive regular season games with at least one touchdown pass on the road

Tony Romo holds the record for the most consecutive road games with 1+ touchdown passes in NFL history.
Bold denotes an active streak; minimum 20 consecutive regular season games.

1 Tony Romo (2009 – present) Dallas Cowboys 37
2 Brett Favre (2000 – 2004) Green Bay Packers 32
3T Matt Ryan (2011 - present) Atlanta Falcons 28
3T Peyton Manning (2010 - present) Indianapolis Colts/Denver Broncos 28

5 Aaron Brooks (2000 – 2004) New Orleans Saints 27

Wouldn't Murray only have 5 games left after the Giants game Hos to pad those stats?

We'd have played 11 games after the Giants game.

Yeah I saw the graphic Fox put up yesterday about this stat, and was amazed.

Hos - the game that Dez had, any idea where that falls in terms of all-time best receiving yards in a game in Cowboys history? We know Dez had 224 vs NO two years ago, and Miles Austin has the 250 record, but seems that the game yesterday should probably be up there a ways...but I just can't find the all-time game records nowadays.

I haven't done a top 10 single game breakout for Cowboys records. I will fix that error so I can answer this.

25. Miles Austin, 250
29. Bob Hayes, 246
T33. Frank Clarke, 241

These are the 3 that fall within the NFL's top 50 all time.

Dez's best ever was 224 against the Saints in 2012. This was his 2nd best game ever as far as yardage. It was his best game for yards per catch for any game with over 5 receptions.
