Players Are Overpaid And We Have No Discipline

ok i am going to put it like this
the main question is this.
What do these players have to lose when they are some of the richest people in their position. Usually you play better to earn better pay but it doesnt really matter to them.

Like seriously after Romo got his big pay he has not been the same
Barber has not been the same after he got his paycheck
Ken hamlin has got his big pay and now his play has not been the same

The point is this team is overpaid.

Now the discipline part is this
Why the **** is Romo going on trips before the playoffs
Why the **** is wade telling players to get their mind off football when they havent had their mind on football all year
Why is Romo LAUGHING during that game
Why the **** is this team not getting yelled at for messing up

The point is Romo is not a good Qb. Mark my words. He is just lucky he is surrounded by talent because it makes up for his SLOW release and DUMB decisions
