Players aren't listening

In my opinion BP voice is not being heard by the players anymore. BP thanks for getting this team pointed back to winning. Please, retire after this season.

BP came and did the one think we needed stabiltly. Player are now have been assembled to win. We just need the coach that can call the winning plays. Also bring in the QB that is not apart of BP pass teams.

Bledsoe and Testavarde is not what this team needs from this point on. We must bring in our QB whoever he may be.

I know the offense line is bad, but the coach can't make matter worst by not running on 3rd and 1 for a first down.

We haven't won a game yet this year because our coach made a helleva call.

A coach should win at least 2 games a year on making a coaching decision that wins the game.

Believe me we are a better team than in past, but we are still years away from a playoff team.

Man, I think thats a little drastic. They know they screwed up. Its hard to stand there and take a tongue lashing on TV. They know they will hear it again. They know they might not have a star to wear next year too. Listening to Petteti, they know.

Wait till Parcells address this offseason. Look at that D and what hes done there. Give him this off season to address the Oline and I think you will be singing another tune this time next year.

I still vote thumbs up on Parcells. It s the Oline thats holding the backs down. Thats holding the passing game down, allowing them to rush 5-6-7 somethime. A good line will make the other areas of the team better, as the beefed up D line helped the secondary this year.

There is NO evidence that players aren't listening to Bill.

In fact, the speed with which the D has gelled, the savvy of young players and willingness of the Ellises and Glovers to buy into a new scheme are good examples of just how intently the team is listening to Tuna.

No amount of 'listening' is going to make a kid as callow as Rob a match for a defensive end with as many scalps under his belt as Strahan or wise Torrin up enough to be Flozell. And these are two good kids who DO listen.

Just who exactly do you see as 'not' listening?

I saw some mismatches today, not lack of buying into the game plan.

Our OL will have to be improved either through the draft or free agency. As it is now, our offense doesn't seem to cause any concern/worry for any defensive coordinators out there...period!

...may be a product of a lack of experience. These two may have the physical talent to play this game, but they do not have the mental nuances of the game in their arsenal to combat the strategies of players such as Strahan.

Also, they both need to develop stronger focus if they are to continue their careers. No plays off. No mental lapses.

Too bad they're not listening to this board either.

Then guys like Bledsoe, Key, Terry, Larry and Marco would realize they suck and should retire cause they're old.

And guys like Johnson, Tucker, Petitti and Cundiff would realize they suck and should just quit because they.. suck. ;)

its the talent level of the o line...the punter is good...the special teams is good...the kicker is ok...well...some of the time...the defense is good even though it is missing three starters and one of them shouldnt be! terry glenn and key are still good...witten is still ok...we all knew what bledsoe would be without an offensive line...bp did too...ITS THE O LINE BRO....they suck...bottom line..tucker, pettiti and johnson are the problem...parcells got that good backup at every crucial position this year except on the o line and now it is costing us....it wont next year you can bet on that

JR40,

Years away from a playoff team? With a play here or there today, we win the division -- Not to mention all the close calls.

Our defense is top 3 in the league right now, and is only getting better.

We are an Oline away from NFC title contention

Props to the D.

Our OL has been the problem for the past 10 years. Time for a change ... even if it means shipping Flo and LA to other teams.

OL hasn't been a team strength since our Super Bowl days.
