There is simply too much contract juggling of existing players that needs to take place as well as upcoming players (Diggs, Lamb, Parsons) to jump all in this season.
Dallas may try and sign what they think is a valuable free agent (OBJ) just to make the headlines but ultimately the 2023 season will become year 28 in the Super Bowl drought.

Sadly I agree. Jerry simply isnt a good enough GM to compete with the others unless he has a Mahomes. And even then its doubtful.
