Jan. 19, 2005) -- The National Football League announced the names of 49 players who have been granted special eligibility for the 2005 NFL Draft on April 23-24.

Each of the 49 players has met the league's three-year eligibility rule and each has submitted a written application in which he renounced his remaining college football eligibility. The deadline for receiving applications was Jan. 15.

The players declared eligible are:

Not that it matters as far as the 'boys, but I'm actually curious to see who takes a flyer on Adrian McPherson after he screwed up at FSU. I know he's been playing in the Arena League the last couple years, but I think he would've been a first day pick had he not screwed up.

i actually forgot about him- that will be interesting- wonder if he can play fs- if qb doesnt work out for him.
