Sutton and Jernigan have short arms, not typical Cowboys linemen.

Enemkpali reminds me of Ware.

How so?

What little I saw of him, he looked pretty explosive and physical with a very high motor, but seemed to have a limited repertoire with regards to pass rush. Saw more of an Ebeneezer Ekuban (minus back injury).

I believe that's the second time they've met with Ik. I know absolutely nothing about him but the staff seems to like him.

I'm one of the few here who actually really likes Sutton. I think he's being underrated by our fans.

I just want a MUCH improved and younger DL....and more resources at LB....and an improved OL (maybe just one more for now)....and a safety....

He just seems kind of stumpy and lacking in agility to be compared to even college Ware.

I've been wondering if the team thinks he might be a late round 3-tech candidate in the John Randle mold. Randle came out of school weighing around 250 and ran in the high 4.8s. Enemkpali was listed at LA Tech as 270 but weighed in lower at the combine, possibly to help with speed. If so, it didn't help. Unofficial 4.9 40 and a slow 10-yd split at a tweener size means he's a late day 3/udfa guy.

I like him too. In the right scheme, he can be effective. He's quick, but not fast. He does have short arms but then again, he is short. He's only like 6'0". He's going to have a pad level advantage on everybody he plays so that's how he does it. He's not going to chase down the line or make sacks on the QB when they break contain but he will offer a unique advatage in the interior of the DL. His short area speed is probably going to time well. I guess we'll see.
