I took some of the two Senior Bowl threads notes and put them with the players you listed that the cowboys were looking at.

Cody Brown (I guess this is the same kid as you had him from Cincy while they said Ucon)

One of the players Loadholt toyed with was Connecticut DE Cody Brown , who did not have a good day. In addition to getting absolutely mauled by Loadholt in drills Brown also received quite a bit of instruction from the coaches. On one hand you don't want to be too critical of Brown because he was going up against a guy who outweighed him by 100 pounds but at the same time those are the types of specimens he will see as a defensive end at the next level. After today something tells me Brown is thinking a move to outside linebacker sounds pretty good.

Max Unger

Alex Mack, OC, Cal-Berkley: 6'4", 312, 33 1/4 arms, Same height as fellow North teammate Max Unger, taller than expected.

As the focus turned away from the outside to the big uglies, the real fun began. Alex Mack had a difficult day, but faced the best competition. He was beaten on several occasions by Ziggy Hood out of Missouri, but also held his own several times. The other center on the team, Max Unger was really humiliated several times. As many mentioned prior to the event, he’s needs add some weight to handle the larger tackles. He was bull rushed and abused by several players. He has the versatility to play on the outside so maybe he should be moved back there.

Jason Watkins

Florida OT Jason Watkins was a pleasant surprise all day. From his impressive physique at weigh-ins to his explosion off the ball in drills, he is a player teams will be looking at very closely as a possible swing player who can fill in at either tackle spot. In drills, Watkins was running as the right tackle in the first team offense and did an effective job keeping his opposing man from the ball carrier. He can be out-quicked however, and had some trouble with speed rushes in the Pit. It's questionable how many of these paths taken to the QB by opposing rushers are legit however.

Ron Brace

Boston College DT B.J. Raji had a good day, showing why he is one of the best defensive tackles in this draft. If not the best. Raji was singled out on quite a few coaching points but it was more a case of working with him than a negative thing. Raji was also noticeable quicker than his teammate Ron Brace, even though they are about the same size. Brace looked slow and lethargic.

B.J. Raji measured in at 6’1 5/8, 334 pounds with only 31 ¼” arms, the second worst on the defensive line. However, he used his large body and moved impressively quickly. His counterpart, Ron Brace, looked like the better fit at nose tackle, pushing interior linemen backwards. At the same time, he was much slower than Raji.

That's not a ringing endorsement

Ron Brace Height: 6-3 | Weight: 324 | 40-Time: 5.30 ?
Official Bio

?Strengths:
Excellent size and bulk...Very quick off the snap...Great strength...Is stout at the point of attack...Does a terrific job against the run...Gets a good push up the middle...Will collapse the pocket...A powerful tackler...Shows the ability to shoot gaps and penetrate at times...Nice instincts / awareness...Lots of experience...Improving and has upside.

Weaknesses:
Not a sack artist and repertoire of pass rush moves is limited...Does not always play with proper leverage...Still needs to use his hands better...Will get hung up on blocks...Conditioning and stamina might be issues...Has an inconsistent motor...Didn't face many double teams.

Notes:
Was a three-year starter for the Eagles...Named 2nd Team All-ACC as a senior...Was overshadowed by teammate B.J. Raji and certainly benefited from playing next to such a talented player but is a fine pro prospect in his own right...The type whose value can't be measured by the stat sheet...Had a great senior campaign and really improved his draft stock...Two-gapper with the potential to be a top 3-4 nose tackle.

Career Statistics
Year GP TKL TFL SACK

2005 8 11 1.0 0.0
2006 11 20 3.5 0.0
2007 14 27 7.5 2.5
2008 14 27 11.0 3.0
Totals 47 85 23.0 5.5

Max Unger Height: 6-5 | Weight: 300 | 40-Time: 5.25 ?
Official Bio

?Strengths:
Extremely versatile...Excellent size with a big frame...Great strength and power...Pretty quick...Understands positioning and angles...Uses his hands well...Smart with terrific awareness...Good mobility and range...Superb balance...Is stout at the point of attack and can anchor...Gets a decent push in the run game...Competitive and plays to the whistle...Durable...Has a lot of experience against top competition.

Weaknesses:
Not a great athlete...Doesn't always play with proper leverage...Is not very light on his feet...Struggles with speed off the edge...Allows defenders to get too close ... A Jack-of-All-Trades but master of none?

Notes:
Was born in Hawaii...Redshirted in 2004 then went on to become a four-year starter...Twice named 1st Team All-Pac-10...Played left tackle his first two years with the Ducks then moved inside to center in 2007...Could realistically play center, guard or tackle at the next level...Good all-around player who is effective and both a run and pass blocker...Doesn't necessarily stand out in any way one area but his ability to play every position along the line is very enticing...Definitely has the ability to start in the NFL but should at the absolute least be a valuable backup...One of the premier interior line prospects available.

Jason Watkins Height: 6-6 | Weight: 310 | 40-Time: 5.20 ?
Official Bio

?Strengths:
Great height with a large frame and long arms...Very athletic...Quick and agile with nimble feet...Does a nice job in space and can get to the second level...Moves well laterally...Real strong hands...Excels in pass pro..Defends the edge and can handle speed...Has considerable upside.

Weaknesses:
Is not very tough or physical and may lack a killer instinct...Not a great technician...Will get caught reaching...Doesn't get a great push in the run game...Needs to get stronger...Doesn't always play with proper leverage...Has trouble sustaining blocks...Isn't very stout at the point.

Notes:
Junior year in high school was the first time he played football...Was a two-year starter for the Gators...A top reserve earlier in his career and has a lot of experience against SEC competition...Played left tackle as a junior and right tackle as a senior...Also lined up as a tight end at times in college...Honorable Mention All-SEC in 2008...Still raw but has the ability to play left tackle at the next level...Intriguing finesse blocker with all the physical tools you look for but is too inconsistent.

Cody Brown Height: 6-3 | Weight: 248 | 40-Time: 4.70 ?
Official Bio

?Strengths:
A fantastic athlete...Good speed with a burst to close...Quick and agile...Excellent mobility and range...Fluid and smooth...Great change of direction skills...Does a nice job in space...Uses his hands well...Tough and competitive...Has special teams potential...Versatile with some experience at linebacker ... Solid intangibles ... Productive.

Weaknesses:
Does not have the height or bulk that you look for...Needs to get stronger...Lacks great instincts and awareness...Repertoire of pass rush moves is limited...Is a liability against the run...Can get physically manhandled and pushed around at times...Needs to play with better leverage...Minor durability concerns...Might have to change positions.

Notes:
A three-year starter...Became the first true freshman to start a game on either the offensive or defensive lines during UConn?s Division I-A era...Missed the 2005 season finale against Louisville with an injury...Missed more than half of the 2006 season with a broken arm...Makes a lot of impact plays behind the line of scrimmage and really knows how to get after the quarterback...Undersized 'tweener whose best fit at the next level might come as a 3-4 outside linebacker.

That's nothing new. Brace is huge and strong, but Raji has always been the explosive one. Brace will probably run a 5.3 40-yard dash at the combine but it really shouldn't effect him. He isn't slow because he doesn't try...he's got a high motor and always gives everything he's got, he just isn't athletically gifted.

watched the practice this morning and really payed attention to Brace.. Hes very lethargic... I know that we need a presence in the middle to spell Ratliff or take his spot when he moves back to DE, but Brace isnt that guy. He was on the grass more than anyone else... He just looks lazy to me. Plus he jumped offsides about 5 times... 3 on one drill.... Now his teammate is a beast... I know we wont get close to drafting him but hes going to be a player....
