spencer was the quintessential guy i was thinking about. he could use new coaching most imo. i wouldn't give up on him.

Yes I would, you can't have players who lay down when things get tough....you just can't and expect to win in the NFL.

Jenkins has always had a lazy attitude, dating back to his South Florida days. Very talented but takes plays off and is afraid to tackle. I won't shed any tears once hes done in Dallas.

I don't think you necessarily dump these guys. For example, Jenkins should be read the riot act and work out with the 2's until he earns his job back. If he can do it by Sunday, great. If not, let him know he needs to step up soon because we can go 1-7 the second half of the year without him, just like we did with him.
