Romo. He played his guts out and his perceived skittishness was due to a subpar line which brings us too...
Tyron Smith. Youngest guy in the NFL and played man-style. He was the only lineman I never worried about.
Sean Lee. What can you say? Kid is a baller. If he embaces his inner meanness he will be a fullout beast.
Demarcus Ware. I am flummoxed as to how opposing players don't get flagged every time they engage him. They hold him EVERY PLAY. Is this some unspoken agreement by the officials because they get tired of picking up their yellow hankies?
DeMarco Murray. We barely know ya, kid. Hurry back and do your thang!
Robinson. That'll do, pig. That'll do.

Everyone else...meh.

Agree with all these. Prepare to get blasted by everyone else tho.

Bailey, even tho he was shaky the last few games. I think we found a permanent kicker at least. Romo deserves the highest award possible tho, he played thru severe adversity and held his own and then some.

Yeah, Bailey must be wondering why he only gets to kick field goals from over 50 yards.

Jenkins needs to be in there too. Even playing injured for most of the year, he was easily the best we had in the secondary.

He's also the ONLY guy that plays the ball in the air.

Even though hampered by injuries Jenkins has been solid. He played pretty well this year and I think the sky is the limit for him.

Agree, he wasn't really put in great positions these last few games.

This team will be in much better shape when the current core of veterans is gone and Sean Lee takes their role in the locker room.

As for Ware, I understand what his critics get at and I agree but in fairness to him, he's reaching the end of his prime years and he's not the same explosive athlete he was a few years ago. He is still a very good player but to expect him to wreak havoc like he did in 2007 or 2008 is unfair. He needs a stud OLB opposite him that can help him get pressure.

I'm sorry.... I have no post game accolades. I love this team, but I'm tired of mediocrity and frankly, I expect more.

They weren't good enough to win, as a team. I'm not saying we should blow the team up, but I don't give a damn about way to go's and good try's.

We stunk tonight.

I agree with everything you have stated here.

I really feel bad for Romo especially. When the playoff is on the line he posts ratings of 141, 134, 106 and 96. throws for 10 TD's and only 1 Int, yet he will be skewered as the Cowboys QB who couldn't get it done in Dec/Jan again and is unable to win the big games when in reality, the team found ways to lose despite his play.

Roll your eyes all you want, but D-Ware played his heart out unlike some people.

The only guys who played their heart out tonight were Romo, Tyron, Dez, Laurent, Lee, and Jenkins. Some of these other guys you mention were too busy posing for the camera after meaningless sacks

Heh, on Ware's sack, I was wondering why he had to do his show. So, he got a sack (finally) that still kept them in easy FG range.

lower your expectations over things you cannot control, makes life simpler

Killer Kowalski came in tonight and played well, again. He got beat by Tuck on one significant play, but other than that, he looked pretty good again.

Exactly. I understand we're the Dallas Cowboys and you should expect great things, but people need to start lowering their expectations for this team.

^^I completely expected 8-8 this season so I had low expectations. But to be down 21-0 at the half to another 8-8 team is pathetic...no matter how low your expectations are

Finishing 8-8 when we started the season 7-4 is why everyone is so disappointed. Well, that's the case for me at least.
