This team has talent but talent will only take you so far. This team lack heart and the will to win. Most fans (even media) thought the team would come out and play hard for Garrett knowing his job is on the line. That obviously was not the case. Most of these guys are happy with the participation trophy as long as they are making millions. Its pretty sad but that the attitude of most of todays youth. Every week its a different group playing like crap. The whole team is undisciplined and lacks playing with any heart. Its embarrassing.

Watching the games you see glimpses of heart here and there.

But watching the Bills you see it every play.

The talent is overrated. on offense they do have talent. But defensively it’s piss poor. DT’s are bad, safeties are bad, CB’s are bad. Have some solid DE’s. Our LB’s are made to run and free flow. You need space eating DT’s in order to run that. That’s “building a great def 101”.​

It’s unfortunate that team from 2006-2009 didn’t win anything. They had a really good team.

And that's why I say we need a headcoach from the defensive side of the ball. Because that's the side that really needs fixing.

Don Marintdale of the Ravens would be my choice. Because he's a DC but he's seen their offense up close.

This team has given up. Including the coaches. They are going through the motions and counting down.

Garrett looks like he doesnt want to be there. A lame duck coach. In the last year of his contract being undermined by jerry. Jerry openly criticizing him. The players have picked up on that. They are not listening any longer. There is a few that are just free lancing out there. The game plans suck. The execution sucks.
