Yes, we will most likely win the NFCE. The local FOX channel last night here in DFW said that If Dallas wins next week the will win the division. But that is not true that I can see.
WFT & Philly play each other, the winner is still in it even if we win the way I see it. But they would need to win out, if we win.

So for clinching at least a WC.
NYG, Chicago, Detroit, Carolina are out vs. Dallas for a WC. That is 4 teams. We need to get to 9 teams.
Win a win by Dallas or a loss by, Minnesota, NO, Atlanta, Seattle, that is 4 more teams.

The loser of the WFT & Philly game would be 9, however we also need to win. We at least get a WC.
A win by us and a loss by SF may knock them out against us, depending tie breakers. I will not go through all of that.

To win the division we need to win 2 games, or a combination of wins and losses by Dallas and WFT and Philly. Which will happen with 4 games to go.

Actually was thinking about this last night.......correct me if I'm wrong. If we beat the Giants Sunday and WFT beat the Eagles, we can clinch the division the following week by beating WFT for the second time.

We win the next 2 games, NYG & WFT, we win the division.

We don't play Eagles until the last week. Hopefully we should have it wrapped up by then.

It’s looking like we will play the Rams no matter what.

That game will be a coin flip.

I am not so sure if a coin flip. Many on here think we will get crushed by them. But I think we could beat them at home. On the road, yeah, coin flip.
However come game time, I may feel different.

That Rams defense is not at all what it was last year. Losing the DC hurt, I guess.
Stafford has been and will be playing thru multiple injuries the rest of the way (Back, shoulder, ankle)
They lost WR Woods for the season and their line and RBs are beaten up too

Unless the Rams start playing better, I like our chances in Dallas vs them.
Would love to see them beat the Cards tonight to send this playoff race into a frenzy.

You're probably right not so fast......seems Roger is barely hanging on with the toe issue.
Don't guy into the Rodger toe thing. He is a diva and loves to have people think he is toughing out an injury. I would bet his toe isn't even dislocated or whatever the claim is. Dude is a class A D Bag and I wouldn't trust a thing that comes out of his mouth.

Well he pushing the surgery issue from one week to the other

There is one way. If the Eagles/Skins game ends in a tie the Cowboys clinch beating the Giants.

Good to know. As it may have been tough to know which team to root for, WFT No Names or the Philthy Iggles.
Now we know, go for the tie.

Seems more than likely. A very outside chance is that the Rams beat Arizona tonight and we win out, we could get the #3 with Arizona getting the #4. That to me is the highest probability of Dallas not being the #4 because i'm not counting on GB or Tampa to lose another game.. unless Rodgers opts for surgery.

Is there an outside chance we get the 49ers? I haven’t checked the schedule or math, but a Rams loss tonight seems like it would make it a real possibility.

We might match up better with the Rams.

The 9ers are a physical team with balance. I’d rather play a pass happy team and let the pass rushers play downhill.

I was just thinking this also, we may end up playing SF.
I agree we would match up better with LAR at home.

I want to use the giants game to get the Offense back on. And the Defense can continue to gel and sharpen the skills. We left this game with work to be done., I want to beat the crap out of the giants and the cards.. Show the NFL we are ready..

Yes they need to use this game to get back in sync on offense, and to hone the defense into a death machine.
