I installed a couple of poles from floor to ceiling. Have been scouring the local clubs for the best talent. There will be unlimited wings and beer with an ATM that dispenses only ones. All are welcome but there is a $20 cover charge.

But, this all hinges on if the wife works or not tomorrow

Smoked brisket and wings. On the wings gonna try a new rub, Memphis BBQ rub and two new BBQ sauces. A kentucky red bourbon bbq sauce & a mesquite smoked tequila lime chile bbq sauce. Prob make some fresh pico and if feeling energetic enough may do some jalapeno bacon wrapped poppers.

Carne Guisada tacos today, finishing off from a big pot I made yesterday. Tomorrow it will be pork roast, extra cheesy scalloped potatoes, and green beans.
