Playoff Prediction Thread

If Wild Card…LOSS. If division winner…one win max…and that may be 50/50 depending on who we play.

If the eagles slip up and we win in Washington and get the No.2 seed I think min we’ll get to the championship game but if the Oline stay healthy then we’ll go all the way. If we get the No.5 seed not sure I see us winning 3 road games. Maybe 1 and out.

Anyone know who the most likely opponent would be should we win division and end up playing at home.

Win at Tampa and lose the following week. It’s been set in stone since the Arizona loss. If either Seattle or GB beats Detroit, we lose in Philly. Otherwise we lose in SF.

I think we'd have a decent shot of winning in Philly, because we should have won in Philly already. The only concerning thing would be January weather in Philly. I give us little to none chance of winning in SF.

I can appreciate the effort of OP, but these type threads are like crack for the hoard pessimists that frequent this place.

That being said, this team is going to make a run at the SB this year. I think we win at least two games.

Our playoff run (again).

If we would have lost last night and Lions finish out as a 1 seed, that was our best shot.
Tampa Bay then @Detroit....... We just missed the easiest road to the NFC Championship game in decades.

I'm going out on a limb here. If we are on the road we lose. I really think it is that simple. Beat TB in TB? The way they are playing? If we have Hankins back for that game we might have a chance, maybe.

For that scenario you'd still need the 49ers to lose a game and they play @Washington and Rams at home. They hold tiebreaker over Lions due to better Conference record, even if Detroit had won.

Dak is playing well but man is our D suspect. Two games in a row were the vaunted pass rush has zero push on the final drive.

Goff stood back there all day that last drive while we played what appeared to be prevent.

One sack probably ends that game.
