Everyone knows we have trouble on the road but this is a stat I did not know that brought the playoff picture into focus. We need the Eagles and 9ers to just spit the bit. Eagles don’t scare me but going on the road multiple times does

Dak Prescott talked about gaining confidence after Sunday’s disappointing game. “Road warriors we will be,” Mike McCarthy said regarding another away loss that will almost certainly make them the visitors throughout the playoffs. But the franchise hasn’t won two road games in a single postseason since 1975. And their record this season- not to mention what we’ve all witnessed- says flipping that script feels like a tall ask for this year’s roster.

That would entail making a run as a lower seed, which is rare for any team. I don’t find that stat alarming at all.

Well considering we aren’t getting top seeds lately with a home path it should if your goal is SB.

One other aspect to this team this year- there are a lot of good teams that also have flaws and weaknesses. The niners lost 3 in a row at mid-season and looked like chumps against the ravens. The eagles? They are are a ship taking water right now.

Point is, no team is a juggernaut hit right now. Which team will step up? We will see.

This current cast of characters came up short when they could have secured better seeding. They will probably be at home sometime in January, and it won’t be for a game.

Mike saying that tells me he has drifted into the Jones world of thinking you can talk things into existence.

I don’t know what else he is supposed to say, but it sounds pretty hollow.

Agree! That is the one redeeming thing. Just when I think one of them is a secure home team that’s tough to get through they have a stinker. I also think there are hot maybe lower seeds playing dangerously right now..TB/LA

So the Cowboys have a losing record on the road and Kansas City can't win at home but is the microscope ever placed on that naw not really.

And somehow you're trying to link something that happened back in 1975 to this year I mean you know how silly that is it means nothing whatever happened even this regular season means nothing you gotta get in the playoffs the chips fall where they may and then you go figure it out... I'm just saying can we stop the 28 year thing can we stop 1975 none of that had anything to do with this team or the coaching staff yes it's difficult to win on the road but it's done been done before and it doesn't mean we can't do it if everyone's already given up please everyone who thinks it's over for the Dallas Cowboys please delete your accounts pick them back up in March none of the real Cowboys fans wanna hear the miserable negative fan outtakes on how the season's over before we even start playing postseason games it gets old it really is tiresome it's something you wanna hear from the media so you could just turn it off it's something you don't mind saying on social media cause you could block it but when I come in here I'm coming here as a Cowboys fan and there's always hope there's always a year where it will change maybe this is the year we win a couple games on the road we don't know that it's not over!!!

Here's an idea, how about the Cowboys just win and take care of their own business!!!

A win in Buffalo and Miami and the Cowboys would be set.

We don't need help from other teams. We just don't need to get in our own way. We do.

The Cowboys probably aren't alone...winning on the road in the playoffs is difficult for almost every team. Sure there are a few teams that have caught lightning in a bottle and won a Super Bowl as the 5th seed or lower but it's not the norm.

That's why you have to blaze through the regular season and earn a Top-2 seed to have the best chance. But the Cowboys constantly drop a few winnable games every season that prevents them from getting those 13+ wins to contend for a top seed.

During the 90's the 3 Super Bowls we won we only had one road win against SF in the first run in the NFC Championship game. But we didn't need road wins.

I think we lead the NFL in penalties.
Its because of 2 things...we are a dumb team at times, thus commit fouls. Lastly, because of the first issue I just mentioned, the refs ignore fouls that occur to the team and its blatant. DQ in my view, has let us down as far as teaching fundamentals.
